Pictured is a 2018 photo of the U.S. Supreme Court, which head oral arguments May 4, 2020 in the Booking.com trademark case.
Skift Take: Rest assured that Booking.com wouldn't necessarily have to change its name if it lost the trademark case, which sees the Trump administration appealing a lower court ruling that said the trademark should be honored. But a win would give Booking new protections, and enable it to tell companies encroaching on its brand name to back off.
