Skift Take: Rest assured that Booking.com wouldn't necessarily have to change its name if it lost the trademark case, which sees the Trump administration appealing a lower court ruling that said the trademark should be honored. But a win would give Booking new protections, and enable it to tell companies encroaching on its brand name to back off.
