Booking.com Gets OK to Trademark Its Name in a U.S. Supreme Court Win

Skift Take: There's no need to tear down the signage. Booking.com can stick with the brand name that it's been using for about 14 years. The U.S. Supreme Court decision gives the company more protection against pesky startups that might try to tread on its brand.
